Horrible website, no customer service

I paid for my order but I never received confirmation that my order went through, they never sent tracking number information or any type of updates that my order was ready or even shipping.
The whole time before my order eventually arrived I for sure thought I got scammed from this purchase. Beware..... I wouldn't buy again from this website.
I tried calling, email and Facebook messages about my order with no answer.
I did end up receiving 3 flat irons from the buy 2 get 2 free promotional they were supposedly having on the website. The items are as described but I will never order from this website again after that experience.
I had high hopes for this website. Buyers beware of potential scamming. Just sayin
