Warranty Information
Your new HerStyler Straightening/Curling Iron (“HerStyler”) has been manufactured to the highest quality standards and when used in accordance with the safety and operating instructions will provide you with effective, reliable service.
Warranty Coverage:
HerStyler's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. HerStyler provides warranties for its products for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of original retail purchase provided that all warranty guidelines are met. If a defect exists, HerStyler shall exchange the product with a product that is new. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes HerStyler's property.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for HerStyler that can be identified by the "HerStyler" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-HerStyler product even if packaged or sold with HerStyler products. Non-HerStyler manufacturers and suppliers may provide their own warranties.
This Limited Warranty does not cover "HerStyler" items sold by Unauthorized Dealers. This Limited Warranty does not cover: (1) damage due to misuse or abuse (including but not limited to using the product with an incorrect voltage supply), dropping, or other operation in violation of the written safety precautions provided with the product; or (2) tampering, such as the unauthorized repair or attempted repair of the product.
Authorized dealers may provide their own extended warranty, by doing so they will be obligated to it's new terms and conditions.
HerStyler is not responsible to such retailer extended warranties or other retail promotions.

All sales are final, no refunds will be awarded. Exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase at buyers expense.
Warranty Instructions:
First you need to activate your warranty; please go to Warranty registration page, you will have the option to extend your warranty for an additional fee.
In order to exchange your damaged item please send to us the following:
A. The product within its original box.
B. Copy of the original receipt (with a copy for your records)
All replacements must be accompanied by a receipt or bank statement!
C. $12.00 Co-Pay for Shipping & Handling
(Cash or Money Order ONLY no personal checks). No products will be replaced without this payment attached.
D. For any returned products from Canada, Hawaii or Mexico please send $20.00 Co-Pay,
for International please send $30.00
